Wave 3

Advanced Freediving

Freediving is far more interesting and enjoyable when you do not strive for a specific result, but instead, listen to yourself and feel your true nature in a way that is not related to your social standing or achievements.

Molchanovs Wave 3 | 8-Day Immersive Training | Retreat Format

In the wave 3 course, you will develop the tools and confidence to explore depths beyond your residual volume with safety and control. A key focus of this course is learning the “Mouthfill” equalization technique, which enables safe and effective equalization at any depth. Upon completing the Wave 3 course, you’ll be qualified to assist in Molchanovs Freediving Courses and eligible to enroll in a Molchanovs Instructor Course.

Our wave 3 courses are offered twice per year in an immersive week-long format between Tulum and Bacalar, with a maximum of 4 divers to ensure a high level of individual attention and coaching.

The experience includes personalized coaching, dry training, and in-depth workshops — giving you the time and space to truly unlock your freediving potential —  All in a peaceful and inspiring environment.

We ensure you a fun and safe diving experience following our high quality teaching standards!
